Sunday dinner


This was a tricky one. Rather than with the economic principle, I played mainly with the Greek root ‘opson,’ which refers to ancient gastronomic traditions.

My old Auntie
Olive bought relish from her
Neighbors. She purchased
Only one kind,
Preferring its fishy flavor.
She knew an
Opsophagos, who
Nabbed a whole
Year’s worth to savor.
