Life contains them curved or
straight,
In books, on boats or playing
fields. We
Need them to initiate almost
Everything we do or make.
The line
is a curious thing. It’s everywhere! Most literally, I am reminded of Nordic futhark
with its hard, straight marks carved in stone. And we couldn’t draw without
them. So, is the abstract without lines entirely, even though the root includes
the concept of drawing?
